Activity Reporter

One important aspect of providing care is being able to track care services and ensure that care promised is care delivered.

The Activity Reporter is a feature used by the care team and outside care professionals as they provide billable services to residents of independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

The care team enters, in real time, which services were rendered. This is conveniently done in a resident’s room on the SimpleC Companion. The categories are completely customizable to meet your needs. You can access activity reports via the Care Station or a secured website.

Use the SimpleC Activity Reporter to:

  • Document which care services were provided and if needs for services change
  • Certify and assure families that services have been provided according to the residents’ contracted service level
  • Reduce the need for manual documentation
  • Help the care team communicate more easily which care activities were already provided
