Dan Pompilio, Chief Executive Officer

Dan leads SimpleC's vision, strategy, and investor relations. An Atlanta technology entrepreneur, Dan has more than 25 years experience in developing innovative technology applications for healthcare. Prior to SimpleC, he was the founder, Chairman and CEO of enLeague, a pioneer in the use of ontology to streamline business transactions. He co-founded ActaMed Corporation, an electronic healthcare information system company, which later became Healtheon/WebMD. He serves on the boards of Emory University's Goizueta Business School, Atlanta Technology Angels, and the Cobb County Information Services. Dan received an Executive M.B.A. from Emory's Goizueta Business School and a B.B.A. in Business from the University of Georgia.

Jason Zamer, Vice President - Product Design

Jason directs SimpleC’s functional design and develops the SimpleC therapy methods. His expertise in senior care started with the completion of his senior thesis in psychology while attending the University of Pennsylvania. Since then, Jason has established himself as a subject matter expert in managing memory loss through working with people who have been struggling with the effects of dementia. He co-published a successful outcome study at GAPNA in 2010, “Providing non-drug behavioral interventions through technology.” Jason has a decade of experience working directly with eldercare communities, which established the foundation for his insight into senior cognition and media-based therapies. He earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Paul Pelt, Senior Vice President - Sales and Channels

Paul is responsible for sales and channel partnerships for SimpleC. He has over 25 years experience working with high-growth enterprise software companies in the areas of sales management, channels development, product marketing, early-stage territory development, and business strategy. Paul has held senior sales positions at Ingres, Neuron Data, WebLogic, BEA Systems and Altaworks. Paul earned a B.B.A. in Marketing from Georgia State University.

Chantal Kerssens, Director of Research

Chantal is responsible for all academic relationships, studies and grant applications, and manages the SimpleC Science Advisory Board. Her scientific expertise is in the area of human memory dysfunction and loss, using customized behavioral assessments (e.g., memory tests) in combination with standardized screening and outcome tools. Before joining SimpleC, she was an Assistant Professor at Emory University School of Medicine where she studied the effects of anesthetic drugs on the brain. Dr. Kerssens received her M.Sc. in Experimental Psychology from the Universiteit van Amsterdam and her Ph.D. in Cognitive/ Medical Psychology from the Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam (The Netherlands).

Sanin Saracevic, Chief Technology Officer

Sanin is responsible for software, hardware, platform, and overall architecture of the SimpleC suite of products and solutions. He is SimpleC's chief solutions architect, focused on defining technologies, platforms, and development team structure necessary to enable the SimpleC product strategy. Sanin has considerable experience in Agile, .Net development, and Service Oriented Architectures. Prior to joining SimpleC, he held positions of increasing importance at CDC Software, c360 Solutions, Avanade, and Web.com. He earned a B.B.A and a M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University where he focused on Software Factories combining Agile and Offshore delivery models.

Tim Sebel, Operations and Product Manager

Tim is responsible for guiding product solutions from conception through the development and deployment phases, ensuring SimpleC’s consistent delivery of high-quality products. He also manages SimpleC's customer-facing operations, oversees product deployment, and supervises the continued maintenance of the SimpleC suite of products and solutions. Tim brings to SimpleC a background as a market-focused systems analyst and product manager with experience successfully designing products in the cable industry, as well as products built on cutting-edge XML and Web Services technologies. Prior to joining SimpleC in 2008 he held positions at Seldon Systems and enLeague Systems. Tim earned his B.A. in Economics and B.S. Mathematics/Computer Science from Emory University.

Stan Anderson, Partner

Stan joined SimpleC after successfully growing a high tech start-up company, TechDiscovery, to a profitable size and then selling it to a publically traded UK firm. Previously, he served as President of Spherion Technology Group, a diversified IT services company, where he ran the North American operations which included managing a workforce of more than 3200 I.T. consultants. Prior to Spherion, he was a Senior Vice President with Norrell Services where he helped guide the company's growth from $50 million to $1.5 billion in revenues. He earned a B.S. in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.

Luther Griffith, Partner

Prior to joining SimpleC, Luther was the chairman and majority shareholder of Care Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of wireless monitoring and locating systems for the assisted living and eldercare market. He has served on the Board of Directors for Lifecore Biomedical, Inc. (NASDAQ) and Theragenics Corporation (NYSE), and has been an active participant in several angel groups for the past 15 years. Luther earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in International Economics.
