Watch: Change Screen Answer to Auto Answer for TeleVisit calls on the Companion!​

By default, when the Companion receives a TeleVisit video or audio call, a “Answer” button will pop up. The Companion user must press the button to start the call. If the settings are changed to Auto Answer, the TeleVisit video or audio call will start immediately! The Companion user will not have to press any buttons to start the call. This makes the call process easier and faster, especially if the Companion is out of reach.

Important Note: If you choose Auto Answer, please make sure to place the Companion away from bathrooms or changing areas.

Step by Step:

How to Change Screen Answer to Auto Answer for TeleVisit calls on the Companion!

On the Home screen,

Step 1: Select the “Open Menu” button.

On the Menu screen,

Step 2: Select the “Settings” button with the gear icon.

On the profile settings page,

Step 3: Select the “Menu” drop-down button in the top left corner.

In the drop-down menu,

Step 4: Select “Options.”

On the Options page,

Step 5: Find the “Incoming Calls” option, select “Auto Answer.”

Step 6: Select the Home button on the top right corner

This will take you back to the Home Screen.
