Step by Step:

How to Add a New Companion Profile With Clinical Connect

Step 1: On the Clinical Connect home screen, press the blue “+Add” button in the bottom right corner.

On the “Companion User Demographic” page,

Step 2: Fill out the information about the new patient, then press the blue “Next” button at the bottom of the page.

On the “Initial Reminders” page,

Step 3: If you would like, you can select a relevant reminder for the patient. When done, press “Next.”

On the “Companion Initial Set-up” page,

Step 4: If you would like, you can select the patient’s diagnoses. When done, press “Next.”

This step will help build digital therapies for the patient’s Companion.

On to the “Music” page,

Step 5: If you would like, you can select the patient’s music preferences. When done, press “Next.”

This will help add personalized music to the patient’s Companion therapies and reminders.

On the “Life Story” page,

Step 6: If you would like, you can select the patient’s interests. When done, press “Next.”

This will help add personalized shows to the patient’s Companion.

On the “Complete Initial Set-up” page,

Step 7: Select the blue “Continue” button.

On the “Congratulations” page,

Step 8: Select the blue “Continue to Dashboard” button.

This will take you to the new profile you have created!
