How to find the Companion ID in the Companion settings
The Companion ID is used by the SimpleC Support team to help troubleshoot any issues you might have with your profile.
Step by Step:
How to Find Your Companion ID
On the Companion home page,
Step 1: Select “Open Menu.” In the menu, select “Settings.”
On the Profile settings page,
Step 2: Select the “Menu” drop down button in the top left corner.
In the settings drop down menu,
Step 3: Select “Device.”
On the Device settings page,
Step 4: Find the “Companion ID” code.
