Watch: How to Change your Clinical Connect Password

When your Clinical Connect account is created, you will be given a default generated password. Please replace this default password with a new password. Choose a strong and secure password, and keep it safe from others!

Clinical Connect is our portal for doctors, nurses, technicians, and care managers. Use the Clinical Connect app to safely and securely care for your Companion users and communicate with their families.

Step by Step:

How to Change your Clinical Connect Password

Step 1: In the Clinical Connect main screen, press the menu button in the top right corner.

Step 2: Select “My Account” in the drop down menu

Step 3: Type your current password in the “Current Password” text box.

Type your new password in the “New Password” text box.

Type your new password again in the “Confirm New Password” text box.

Step 4: Select the blue “Update Account” button.

A popup will show confirming you have updated your account, click “Ok.”
