Watch: How to Change your Family Connect Password
If you are sent an email invitation to family connect, you will be given a default generated password. Please replace this default password with a new password. Choose a strong and secure password, and keep it safe from others!
Family Connect is our portal for the family and friends of your loved one, the Companion user. Use the Family Connect app to safely and securely care for your loved one and communicate with their Clinical Connect caregivers. Share your photos, videos & voice recordings to personalize their Companion shows, therapies & reminders!

Step by Step:
How to Change your Family Connect Password
On the Family Connect main screen,
Step 1: Select the menu button in the top right corner.
In the drop down menu,
Step 2: Select “My Account.”
On the My Account page,
Step 3: Type your current password in the “Current Password” text box.
Type your new password in the “New Password” text box.
Type your new password again in the “Confirm New Password” text box.
Step 4: Select the blue “Update Account” button.
A popup will show confirming you have updated your account, click “Ok.”
