How to Connect to an Existing Companion Profile (For the first time)

If you created a family connect account through the email invitation (Step 2a), you do not have to do this step, you are already connected to a Companion. If you created a Family Connect account from scratch (Step 2b), please follow the instructions below to link your Family Connect account to a Companion.

After you login to Family Connect for the first time, on the Welcome Screen,
Step 1: Select the “Connect to Existing Profile” button.

On the “Connect to Existing Profile” page,
Step 2: Type in the activation code.

In the “This person is my” drop-down,
Step 3: Select your relationship with the Companion user.
For example, if the Companion user is your mother, select “Parent.”

When you are done,
Step 4: Select the “Connect” button.

How to Connect to Another Existing Companion Profile

To add an additional Companion user:

On the Family Connect Main Screen,
Step 1: Select the blue “Add” button in the bottom right corner.

An “Add Profile” pop up will appear,
Step 2: Select “Connect to Existing Profile.”

On the “Connect to Existing Profile” page,
Step 3: Type in the Companion’s activation code, select your relationship with the Companion user, then press “Connect.”
