Watch: How to Dismiss a TeleVisit Request Using Clinical Connect
On Clinical Connect, you can dismiss a contact request that no longer needs to be addressed.

Step by Step:
How to Dismiss a TeleVisit Request
At the top of the main screen of Clinical Connect,
you will see a “TeleVisit Contact Requests” section if you have a request.
Step 1: Select the request.
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the request page & select the red “Request Complete” button.
A confirmation box will pop up.
Step 3: Select “Yes” to confirm that the request is complete.
The “TeleVisit Summary” page will show after completing (dismissing) the request.
Step 4: Type in the reason for dismissing the request in the “Notes” text box.
Step 5: Select “Next” to finish.
