Watch: How to Find the Activation Code for a Companion Profile!
After the patient downloads their Companion App, they will need the activation code to load their profile onto the App.
Family members, using the Family Connect App, can use the activation code to connect to the patient’s Companion as a contributor.
Please do not share activation codes publicly, only share them with the person who’s Companion profile the activation code belongs to and their trusted family members.

Step by Step:
How to Find the Activation Code for a Companion Profile!
On the Clinical Connect home page,
Step 1: Select the patient profile that you wish to find the activation code for.
If you have a long list of patients, you can use the search bar & type the patient’s name.
When you are on the patient’s profile,
Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the profile.
You will see a section called “Activation Code,” the long line of capital letters is the activation code!
