How to Send a Message to Companion, Family Connect, or Clinical Connect Users.
Family Connect is our portal for the family and friends of your loved one, the Companion user. Use the Family Connect app to safely and securely care for your loved one and communicate with their Clinical Connect caregivers. Share your photos, videos & voice recordings to personalize their Companion shows, therapies & reminders!
Clinical Connect is our portal for doctors, nurses, technicians, and care managers. Use the Clinical Connect app to safely and securely care for your Companion users and communicate with their families.
Step by Step:
How to Send a Message
On the Family Connect or Clinical Connect home page,
Step 1: Select the name of the person you want to message.
On the person’s profile,
Step 2: Select the blue “Message” button on bottom of the screen.
On the person’s message page,
Step 3: Select the blue “New Message” button at the bottom of the screen.
On the “New Message” page,
Step 4: Select who you want to send the message to.
Next, in the text box at the bottom of the screen,
Step 5: Type in your message & select “Send.”
