Use the Family Connect app to safely and securely care for your loved one and communicate with their Clinical Connect caregivers. Share your photos, videos & voice recordings to personalize their Companion shows, therapies & reminders!

Step by Step:

How to Make a TeleVisit Call with Family Connect

On the Family Connect home page,

Step 1: Select the name of person you want to call.

On the person’s profile,

Step 2: Select the blue “Call” button on bottom right corner of the screen.

In the “Outgoing Call Type” popup menu,

Step 3: Select “Video Call” or “Voice Call”

This will start the call.

 

When the call is done,

Step 4: Select the red “Disconnect” button.

After the call ends,

Step 5: Type in a note about the call.
